Pier Terwen (specialist tombs and funerary sculpture) and Sjoerd Bijker (historian) will focus on the funerary monument to the Dutch admiral Piet Hein (1577-1629), the remarkable finding of a life-size preparatory drawing in and on it, and on the current conservation campaign.
